Tina and Amanda

Tina Louise is a popular American artist, writer and actress who is famous for her portrayal of Ginger Grant in the 1960s television show Gilligan's Island. Her stage work began in the 1950s with Two's Company, a Bettle-Davis musical. Later, she appeared in variety of Broadway shows before becoming an international star alongside Li'l Abner in. The singer also released her debut music album It's Time for Tina during the same year. Louise's first venture into Hollywood was in the role of Griselda In God's Little Acre, a 1959 drama. The film received widespread reviews. Louise won the Golden Globe Award under the New Star of the year category. She attended Actors Studio, New York at the time, and later became Lee Strasberg's pupil. In 1964, she was offered her second notable role, when CBS hired her to play Ginger Grant. Louise was able to do a fantastic task of switching between Broadway and Hollywood. She played somber different characters, which contrasted with the glamorous doll she was often portrayed. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. SG-1 and as Helen Magnus in Sanctuary although over the past few years, she's also earned an impact as a highly successful director of many well-known shows on television including Supernatural as well as The 100. Her family moved to Essex to Toronto, where she spent the majority of her childhood and teens. They settled her in Vancouver following her selection to play Samantha Carter.
